Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. Based out of Chambersburg, PA, we provide plumbing and mechanical services for new construction and commercial projects. This role involves supervising and coordinating plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across various sites, including Mechanicsburg, Shippensburg, Hagerstown, MD, Gettysburg College, and Cumberland Valley School District.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.Complete assigned tasks efficiently, including roughing in all plumbing lines, ensuring they are level and plumb.Show up on time and work a standard 40-hour week.Lead a small crew in new construction plumbing duties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.Manage project schedules and ensure timelines are met.Essential SkillsMinimum of 8 years of commercial plumbing experience, including foreman-level experience.Strong knowledge of plumbing materials and tools, including PVC, cast iron, copper, and steel piping.Experience with project scheduling and blueprint reading.Ability to identify fittings and work with PVC, CPVC, and other piping materials.Reliable and able to work independently without training on site.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
