**Job Title: Commercial Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Commercial Plumbers for a significant commercial project located in Lancaster, PA. This project involves work on a multi-story building and requires individuals who can start promptly. **Responsibilities** + Install copper ProPress pipes ranging from ½” to 3”. + Install carbon steel threaded pipes ranging from ½” to 2”. + Assist in the installation of carbon steel welded pipes ranging from 3” to 20”. + Work in a multi-story building, involving a lot of stair climbing. + Utilize basic plumbing hand tools effectively. + Work from 8’ to 10’ ladders as required. + Maintain proper conduct, dress, and hygiene as the site is an active hospital. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in plumbing and construction. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with PVC, soldering, piping, and plumbing installations. + Skilled in pipe fitting and fitting installations. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
