This role acts as a strategic connector between headquarters and KSA field teams, driving the modernization of commercial operations and ensuring capability building through agile methodologies and innovative approaches.Main Responsibilities:Strategic Implementation & New Launch ExcellenceDrive the execution of commercial strategies for Dupixent anchor & new indication launches across KSA regionsLead field-based implementation of launch strategies with focus on rapid market penetration and adoption in KSADevelop and execute targeted engagement plans for KSA top-tier KOLs to drive advocacy and clinical adoptionTranslate global launch strategies into actionable KSA field plans with clear KPIs and success metricsAnalyze KSA market dynamics and provide real-time field insights to optimize launch performance Field-Based Team Development & Capability BuildingSpearhead upskilling initiatives for the KSA field team, focusing on modern commercial capabilities and new indication, LEX expertiseConduct field-based coaching and mentoring to enhance KSA team capabilities in KOL engagement and launch executionFoster an agile working culture that emphasizes field autonomy, accountability, and continuous learningDrive the adoption of new ways of working (NOW) across the KSA field networkImplement on-the-job training programs for new indication positioning and clinical messaging KOL Network Development & ManagementBuild and maintain strategic relationships with KSA top-tier KOLs across therapeutic areas relevant to Dupixent indicationsDesign and execute KOL engagement strategies that drive clinical advocacy and peer-to-peer influence within KSAFacilitate knowledge exchange between KSA KOLs and internal commercial teamsMonitor KOL sentiment and feedback to inform launch strategies and tactical adjustments Cross-functional Field LeadershipAct as a strategic field connector between KSA commercial teams and cross-functional partnersLead cross-functional field projects to enhance customer experience and launch impact in KSA marketFacilitate field-based collaboration and knowledge sharing across KSA regionsProvide field intelligence and customer insights from KSA to headquarters teamsPerformance & Field AnalyticsEstablish and monitor KSA field performance metrics that align with Take the Lead behaviors and launch objectivesLeverage real-time field data and customer feedback to drive decision-makingEnsure transparent performance tracking and regular communication of field resultsCreate visibility around KSA field team achievements and celebrate launch milestones About youTo excel in this role, you must bring a blend of leadership skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, excellent team player and naturally collaborative.
