Join our team in Zagreb as COD Specialist and you will be identifying capability gaps and development needs of internal and external Frontliner teams to ensure that they are equipped with the right skills, tools, and knowledge to consistently deliver executional excellence and an outstanding user experience.
We offer full-time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time. Location of work is Zagreb.
Your ‘day to day’
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the assessment of current and future capability needs within the commercial function, focusing on knowledge, skills, and competencies aligned with business objectives.Collaborating with People & Culture team, commercial managers, and COD Manager to implement development solutions and plans, ensuring alignment with local, and PMI central teams.Supporting Training Needs Analysis run to identify critical roles, evaluate capability gaps, and define expected proficiency levels.Supporting development of training plans based on commercial organization needs, business priorities, and audience-specific requirements.Identify key development areas and adjust training models and content to ensure relevance and impact.Maintaining, updating and delivering internal training programs.Monitoring effectiveness of learning and development (L&D) programs by collecting feedback and tracking indicators such as NPS, skill application, and impact on targets.Tracking costs related to training and development and support budget planning.Who we’re looking for
University degree.Minimum 2 years of experience in learning & development, commercial capability building or coaching.Project management experience will be considered a plus.Learning on the fly and open to continuously develop.Proactive and positive approach to problem solving based on analytics.Strong organizational skills with attention to details.Excellent communication & collaboration skills.Advanced knowledge of MS Office.Proficient English and Croatian language skills.What we offer
