Commercial Operations Reconciliation Analyst

As a Commercial Operations Reconciliation Specialist, you will provide accounting control oversight over client’s custodial accounts at Citizens. You will ensure financial integrity and prepare all custodial account reconciliations in a timely manner, ensuring they are consistent with corporate policies and regulations. Additionally, you will coordinate the onboarding of new account recons, partnering with Sales, Product and clients to ensure requirements are confirmed and met. Primary responsibilities include

Oversight of daily/monthly account reconciliations related to client’s accountsCollaborate across multiple teams to identify discrepancies.Work directly with internal partners and external partners to resolve discrepanciesEscalate reconciliation issues timelyEnsure that all account reconciliations are prepared in a timely manner and are consistent with bank polices and regulations.Collaborate with Product, Sales and Operations to onboard new clients.Identify and drive process improvements as the service is expanded to new clients.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

5 years relevant reconciliation experienceStrong working knowledge of treasury solutions services, especially reciprocal depositsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)Strong quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong customer service skillsBachelor’s degree in accounting

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: 8:30am -6pmHybrid: 4 days in office; 1 remote
