The Commercial Operations Professional develops and negotiates proposals for spare parts, field services, and repairs, ensuring competitive pricing and value creation for shareholders.
You will be responsible for:
Managing commercial processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, legal, risk, and finance teams.
Preparing and overseeing regional frame agreements, negotiating tailored Terms & Conditions to meet customer requirements.
Ensuring proposal quality and timeliness, maintaining accurate tracking and updates of opportunities using relevant tools and systems.
Coordinating proposal outputs and business hand-offs, ensuring alignment with production schedules and delivery timelines.
To be successful in this role you will:
Educational background in Corporate Governance and Business Administration, Finance/Risk Management, or Engineering
Experience: 1 year in Proposals, Commercial Operations or Sales, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Energy or Industrial services sector.
Knowledge of services and products (repair, field services, spare parts) and related processes, tools, and support functions.
Structured, risk-aware approach to commercial proposal development, with systematic evaluation of contractual, financial, and operational impacts.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, acting as an effective link between technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders, with end-to-end proposal management experience.
Customer and relationship orientation, with the ability to understand diverse customer needs, tailor solutions, and build trust-based relationships.
Proficient use of enterprise business tools (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce) in complex environments, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and process efficiency.
International exposure and multicultural mindset, gained through project-based work abroad, with full availability for international travel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a collaborative attitude and strong learning orientation.
Strong personal attributes, including proactivity, resilience, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset.
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
