Job Description

The Commercial Operations Manager – Enterprise Software, AP & EMEA helps to ensure the success of Enterprise Software Sales across the APAC and EMEA regions. You will lead a data-informed, scalable, and repeatable approach to sales planning. You will lead important planning processes—territory design, goal setting, forecasting, and partner understanding—while ensuring agreement on global strategies and tools. You will also advocate for using standardized sales processes and lead cross-regional & global programs to achieve results. You will report to Commercial Operations Director.

We are looking for someone who has experience balancing strategy creation with a focus on execution. You will ramp up quickly and improve standardization of the region's operating pace.

Your Responsibilities:Lead and improve software sales planning processes: account tiering, territory optimization, capacity modeling, and account assignments.Guide target account selection and segmentation strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing.Lead the regional forecasting process, partnering with Sales Leadership and Finance to ensure accuracy and accountability.Champion the use of an outcome-based sales methodology across the region.Manage the calendar and schedule of critical business processes and meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Forecast Reviews, Quarter Close sessions, and other operational checkpoints.Help ensure all software orders are promptly booked, collaborating with Sales, Deal Desk, and Order Management teams.Monitor and improve sales process hygiene, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy through proactive insights and reporting.Partner with regional Commercial Operations to ensure seamless rollout of global programs, tools, and systems.Facilitate quarterly business reviews and performance assessments with regional leadership.Use global deliverables and best practices to reduce duplication and enhance regional capacity.Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to develop dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.Be a regional expert in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan), ensuring data integrity and user adoption.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or a related strategic role.Experience balancing strategy creation with hands-on execution.Experience summarizing complex data into applicable insights.Experience in partner's management.Experience with change management frameworks and driving adoption across global teams.Collaborative and, with experience working across matrixed organizations.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:MBA or equivalent.Experience in software or technology industryProficiency in Salesforce, Anaplan, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) or continuous improvement experience.
