‌Job Description‌:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ‌Commercial Officer‌ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in accounting or statistical methodologies, and an understanding of logistics operations. This role involves optimizing business processes, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:‌

Process Digitalization & System Management‌

Lead end-to-end digitalization projects for quotation processes and information management systems.Manage change requests (CRs) in SPR system, including clarification and progress monitoring.Execute order price verification and release in SPR system.

Financial & Operational Oversight‌

Monitor CR-related costs and budget adherence.Develop material planning strategies and track operational performance.Manage inventory control and stock-taking aligned with business objectives.

Data Analysis & Reporting‌

Resolve GRIR/MTO ICC discrepancies for orders.Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using Qlik Sense/Power BI platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in ‌Accounting, Mathematical Statistics, Logistics‌, or a related field.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Qlik sense, Power BI) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP).Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.Knowledge of logistics management systems and supply chain optimization techniques.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications‌:

1–3 years of experience in business analysis, accounting, or logistics (open to fresh graduates with relevant academic projects).Certification in CPA, CFA, or supply chain management is a plus.
