This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to learn and grow within the fields of commercial project management, finance, and logistics. You will be responsible for the following.

Assist the Commercial Project Manager in the execution of day-to-day project tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and project documentation.Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure smooth coordination of shipping, transportation, and inventory management activities.Provide support in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, while communicating updates to the team.Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of project-related documents, presentations, and reports.Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within the commercial and logistics functions.Engage in regular data analysis using business intelligence tools to extract insights and trends, supporting informed decision-making.Actively participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge in project management, logistics, and business intelligence.

Your success is grounded in

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for data analysis and report generation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
