**Commercial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Commercial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This position involves performing maintenance tasks on commercial buildings and apartments in the Blackstone district. The role requires driving your own vehicle to different facilities, with mileage compensation provided. **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC repairs and maintenance. + Conduct plumbing fixes and repairs. + Handle electrical repairs and maintenance tasks. + Carry out carpentry work as needed. + Perform drywall repairs and painting tasks. + Maintain and repair mechanical systems. + Address maintenance requests for light fixtures. + Conduct regular facilities maintenance. + Operate and maintain boiler systems. **Essential Skills** + 1-5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs. + Proficiency in carpentry and mechanical repairs. + Ability to perform drywall repairs and painting. + Experience in facilities maintenance and boiler operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic handyman skills. + Ability to manage low-level maintenance tickets. + Experience in basic apartment maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that works in top-end, fairly new buildings, all 5 years old or newer, providing an excellent and modern work environment.
