TEKsystems is seeking a Commercial Loan Operations Analyst to provide daily operational and systems support to Commercial Loan Services colleagues across a variety of commercial loan operations functions, including loan booking, collateral booking, agency services, research and maintenance, and SBA / government lending. Ideally, the Operations Support Analyst must have direct, hands-on experience working in a front-line commercial loan operations role. The successful candidate will bring deep operational insight, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive improvements across systems and processes. Job Functions: + Serve as a primary point of contact for front-line staff and managers to resolve process and systems issues. + Provide day-to-day support for loan operations functions including booking, maintenance, and servicing. + Troubleshoot and escalate system-related problems in AFS Vision and other operations systems. + Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in commercial loan operations processes and systems. + Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. + Lead and manage small to mid-sized projects from planning through execution. + Support change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Qualifications: + Bachelors degree with 3 years commercial bank operations experience. + OR high school diploma with 5 years commercial bank operations experience. + Demonstrated experience resolving operational issues and improving processes from within commercial banking operations. + Critical thinker, very organized, ability to resolve problems independently, work with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail. + Ability to interact with internal and external customers to achieve positive results while working in a fast-paced, production environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio). + Knowledge and experience with AFS Vision and/or FIS ACBS loan accounting systems is highly desirable.
