**Job Title: Commercial Loan Service Officer** **Location: Remote for the right candidate** **Duration: Contract – 3 months (possible extension)** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours** **Summary** We are seeking a **Commercial Loan Service Officer** to support the Middle Market Loan Fulfillment team and Loan Closers in managing commercial loans. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance service with risk while adhering to all regulatory and internal compliance procedures. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct post-booking quality verification to ensure consistency between loan approvals, loan documents, and LoanIQ system. + Identify, analyze, and resolve risks/exceptions; escalate issues to Loan Closer or management as needed. + Independently manage assigned tasks and offer assistance to team members. + Conduct Beneficial Ownership recertifications. + Prepare Docusign envelopes for electronic execution of loan documents. + Generate covenant waiver letters and facilitate wet or electronic execution. + Collaborate with Middle Market Loan Closers for tracking, escalation, and remediation of documentation exceptions. + Request and review UCC searches, Good Standings, Civil Suits & Judgments, and Lien Searches. + Utilize nCino and KeyView Deluxe (KVD) for transaction tracking. **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in banking. + Strong solution-oriented and problem-solving skills; highly detail-oriented. + Demonstrated decision-making ability and organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote. + Familiarity with commercial banking systems preferred: LoanIQ, Salesforce, LaserPro, DocuSign, Beneficial Ownership System (BOS). **About US Tech Solutions:** **US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
