This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and actively supports Account Managers and Producers with the day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts, including marine and inland marine risks. **Key Responsibilities** + Support Commercial Lines Account Managers and Producers with servicing commercial insurance accounts + Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatements + Assist with new business and renewal preparation, including applications and underwriting information + Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness + Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and evidence of insurance + Communicate with insurance carriers, wholesalers, and underwriters to obtain documentation and policy information + Respond to routine client inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed + Assist with billing inquiries, audits, and premium finance documentation + Maintain accurate electronic client files and documentation in the agency management system, AMS360 + Manage task lists, prioritize workload, and meet department deadlines + Collaborate with Account Managers and team members to ensure exceptional client service **Requirements** + Must have active Insurance Property & Casualty Insurance License, and maintain through continuing education requirements + Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment + Flexibility with daily tasks + Fast and accurate typing skills + Goal oriented + Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly + Strong ability to organize and prioritize + Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concern, and overcome objections + Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with account managers + Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience + Insurance Management System experience required.
