A well respected boutique law firm in Boston is looking to hire an Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their Real Estate group where you will focus on commercial lending, real estate, affordable housing, and loan workouts. Qualified candidates should have a J.D. from an accredited law school, and experience working with commercial and community banks on a range of real estate related transactions including, negotiating lender's title insurance, negotiating loan documents, reviewing lender's credit approval requirements, and reviewing zoning and land use opinions.
