Partner with the Best

The Commercial Leader – North America will lead commercial operations for the Masoneilan, Consolidated, Becker, and Mooney product lines across the region. This strategic, people-leader role will oversee an extended team of application engineers and technical commercial managers. You will work closely with sales, engineering, product management, and supply chain to deliver best-fit valve technology solutions to our customers.

As a Commercial Leader – North America, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with the sales team to develop project bid strategies, including partnership models to maximize participation and win ratesSupporting regional and global proposal development for both direct and indirect valve sales opportunitiesEnsuring adherence to regional and product line risk processes for all commercial proposalsDriving continuous improvement in Commercial and Application Engineering teams to deliver competitive proposals efficientlySupporting commercialization strategies for key business investments, including product rationalization, NPIs, and partnership modelsDemonstrating accountability for functional, business, and company-wide objectivesLeading the development of control valve proposals, ensuring alignment with customer CTQs in terms of configuration, timing, quality, and competitivenessDeveloping a roadmap for commercial application engineering, including training, development, recruitment, and knowledge sharing

To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave a minimum of 10 years of experience in application engineering, commercial management, and/or technical sales in industrial markets

Desired Characteristics:Proven track record in supporting the sale, specification, procurement, or manufacture of control and/or relief valve equipment or similar industrial productsStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsExceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
