We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for the Commercial Leader Eurasia position!

This role will be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan and will report to the General Manager Eurasia Cluster.

Commercial Leader Eurasia primary responsibility will be client impact, profitability, and growth of business in the Eurasia cluster (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan).

Key accountabilities

Develops and executes IQVIA short and long-term strategies and operating targets as well as ensures consistency with corporate and regional objectives by close coordination with regional and global stakeholders.

Drives profitability and growth of the organization’s business and operations. 

Drives commercial proposition of IQVIA also by generating new business through meetings/presentations; overseeing client proposals; ensuring overall satisfaction of clients.

Works collaboratively with Management Team to ensure proper communication, information sharing, discussion of issues, and problem resolution, when appropriate.

Manages diverse, lateral, non-hierarchical and cross functional teams across organization.

Incorporate IQVIA EVP (Employee Value Proposition) key concepts into life, encourages desired behaviors across all organizational levels.

Drives innovation platform across solutions spectrum, encouraging best-practice sharing where relevant among client segments and across countries.

Key requirements:

Min. 12 years of previous experience in leadership roles with P&L responsibility, preferably in Services, Technology, or Consulting companies in private or public sectors;

Proven track-record in leading big and complex organization and delivering results with a high deal of autonomy;

Strong drive and proven track record in business development and entrepreneurial attitude;

Knowledge of healthcare market is highly desirable;

Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory;

Effective communication; ability to develop and deliver messages that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences;

Ability to drive vision and purpose;

People Leadership: ability to drive engagement, creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its goals;

Proven track-record in building relations with public stakeholders, e.g. government;

Strong reputation in the market and ability to build relations with local networks and stakeholders in Healthcare sector (clients, institutions, providers).
