Main responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive vaccines business strategy for Denmark, aligned with North Europe and Global prioritiesLead cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and drive sustainable growthPartner with national Health Authorities to ensure optimal vaccine access and coverageSpearhead pricing, reimbursement, and tender strategies for the vaccine portfolioBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Danish healthcare ecosystemFoster a culture of innovation and accountability while ensuring compliance with regulationsDrive evidence-based immunization policies that protect communities

About you

Main Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Vaccines industry with progressive leadership responsibilityDemonstrated experience in Market Access, Public Affairs, or commercial roles within the healthcare sectorStrong understanding of the Danish healthcare system and immunization landscapeExperience in managing complex stakeholder relationshipsSkills: Strategic thinking, strong business acumen with proven track record in strategy development and execution, stakeholder management, business development, project management, organizational skills and team leadership capabilities (collaborative leadership style with ability to work across functions and cultures)Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fieldLanguages: Fluent English required; Danish language skills are a strong advantage
