We are supporting our client in the appointment of a Commercial Lead & Market Access Operations professional to drive the continued growth of their biosimilars portfolio across Northern Eastern Europe and the Nordics.
This is a high-impact, senior-level opportunity combining commercial leadership, market access strategy, and tender excellence within a complex and highly competitive environment.
The RoleYou will take full ownership of commercial performance across the region, leading market access execution, tender strategy, and portfolio growth across multiple therapeutic areas including immunology, oncology, haematology, and ophthalmology.
Operating in a tender-driven healthcare landscape, you will play a critical role in driving biosimilar adoption, securing formulary access, and maximizing volume while protecting profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead market access and tender strategy across Poland and the Baltic markets, including national and hospital-level tendersDevelop and execute competitive, data-driven pricing strategies in line with regulatory frameworksDrive formulary inclusion and therapeutic switching within hospitals and national drug programsOwn regional P&L and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and cost controlBuild strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across multiple therapy areasProvide strategic oversight to third-party distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment, capability development, and performance against KPIsMonitor local healthcare policies and contribute to market shaping initiatives and tender frameworksYour BackgroundDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or Economics7–10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial or market access roles within the regionStrong track record in biosimilars and tender-based environmentsProven success winning complex, high-value tendersDeep understanding of the Polish NFZ system and Baltic healthcare marketsExperience leading matrix or indirect teams (e.g., wholesalers/distributors)Fluent in English and Polish (Baltic language skills are advantageous)Why Apply?Opportunity to lead a strategically critical region within a growing biosimilars portfolioSignificant ownership and autonomy, including full P&L responsibilityWork at the forefront of market access innovation and healthcare transformationBe part of a company driving access to life-changing biologic therapies across Europe#LI-DNI

The potential base pay range for this role is 500,000 - 570,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
