**Commercial Lead Immunology & CNS Czech Republic**
**Location:** Prague, Czech Republic
**Employment Type:** Full-time permanent contract
**Role Overview**
Responsible for the Immunology & CNS portfolio, leading the marketing and sales teams and their respective activities and plans to achieve the business objectives. This role is accountable for delivering agreed targets for designated brands and/or others, leads and manages the evaluation and implementation of new initiatives and the development of business plans for growth and profitability. At this level, the position has a significant degree of impact on J&J Innovative Medicine (IM) business results and has responsibility for coordinating and managing a group of managers and professionals within the sales and marketing matrix structure in the country. The role is also part of the J&J IM Czechia Leadership Team thus requiring strategic and enterprise-wide mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Leadership & Planning**
+ Collaborate with the Central Europe (CE&B) HUBs to develop market-specific business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales, brand and market development.
+ Lead the execution of the agreed plans, ensuring adaptation of marketing content and customer-facing effectiveness.
+ Contribute to achieving the Financial Plans for the Czech Republic.
+ Actively participate as a board member to support the overall success of J&J IM in Czech Republic.
+ Manage and optimize OOP (operational out-of-pocket) expenses to maintain financial plans
**Operational Execution**
+ Implement, monitor, and adjust local field and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
+ Lead the preparation of financial plans, including Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP) and Business Plan.
+ Drive efficiency.
+ Ensure alignment with supply chain processes (IBP), guiding teams to meet patient needs and deliver forecast accuracy.
+ Actively participate in the Commercial Lead Community group, contributing to regional success and alignment across countries.
+ Support team participation in regional workshops, promoting engagement and clear priorities.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Coordinate with medical affairs, market access, governmental affairs, patient advocacy and other business partners.
+ Contribute to regional business initiatives and broader organizational challenges, ensuring value delivery to customers in countries.
**Customer Engagement**
+ Lead by example with frequent engagement and interaction with customers (HCPs and non-HCPs).
+ Implement KPIs and competitive strategies to enhance market share, NPS, MAC, and other KPIs.
+ Foster a competitive mindset and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
+ Co-create impactful tailored materials, projects, and campaigns in collaboration with CE&B HUBs.
**Team Leadership and Development**
+ Focus on performance management: Coach, train, and motivate field and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
+ Establish & assess incentive plans with consistent parameters
+ Develop people through participation in GROW gigs and leadership initiatives.
+ Drive talent development, including promotions, cross-functional moves, and mentorship opportunities.
+ Recognize high-performing individuals through local and regional recognition programs.
+ Share best practices to enhance visibility of Czech team within the broader organization.

**Compliance and Reporting**
+ Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, including HCC, HCBI SOPs, and other legal and ethical standards.
+ Maintain up-to-date training, personal and team documentation to ensure inspection readiness.
**Education & Experience**
+ University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a business-related discipline.
+ Minimum of 4 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical business environment.
+ People leadership experience
