Role Overview:
We are looking for a Commercial Lead with strong expertise in cost management and contract administration for a high-value construction project in Bangkok. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing commercial strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and management of project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans. Administer contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms with contractors and consultants. Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate commercial risks across the project. Support procurement and project teams in contract execution and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with local laws and international standards in contract management.
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of commercial management experience in construction, with a focus on cost and contracts. Experience in large-scale, technically complex projects such as data centres or hospitals. Strong knowledge of contract law, cost control methodologies, and risk management. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Thai language skills are a plus.
