Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Commercial Lead, you will partner with the Commercial Manager to drive and plan the omni‑Sales Commercial agenda, ensuring strong alignment and coordination across all commercial functions. You will support both pre‑season and in‑season planning through insights, performance follow‑up, and by securing the right commercial actions together with cross‑functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye, consisting of Türkiye, Kazakhstan and Georgia.

You will:

Drive the omni‑Sales Market commercial agenda and plan together with the Commercial Manager for your customer group(s).Provide bottom‑up input on QCP and demand planning per channel and garment group for your customer group(s).Contribute to pricing and package mapping together with the Commercial team.Own the analysis of latest sales and demand forecasts, follow up on weekly sales, and propose commercial actions.Collaborate closely with global team on inventory management topics (e.g., allocation, replenishment, article selection) to ensure execution aligned with plan and recommend adjustments when needed.Secure campaign setup, readiness, and assortment approach across all channels.Set omni commercial priorities, plan execution of Sales/R&D, plan online product ranking, and manage EOP budgets and articles for retail.Support the Commercial BA with tactical activation execution.Coordinate with E‑com Leads and VM to secure aligned execution in each channel.Conduct store and site visits (with E‑com Leads for online) to follow up on performance, collect insights, coach teams, and share best practices.

As a Commercial Lead, you will collaborate closely with Commercial Managers, E‑com Leads, VM teams and Commercial BAs to secure aligned planning and execution across channels.

3+ years of experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising roles, preferably across both and within the fashion industry.Deep expertise in omni‑merchandising, commercial planning, and eCommerce operations.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret weekly sales, act on the selling equation, and connect commercial KPIs with product prioritization.Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
