As a CKE Technician at Nextech, you’ll be on the front lines of service excellence — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial food service equipment for a wide range of clients. You’ll work independently while being backed by an incredible support team that ensures you’re always set up for success.
Here’s what your day could include:
Performing service, repair, installation, and maintenance on a variety of commercial kitchen equipmentDiagnosing mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and making repairs to manufacturer specificationsCoordinating daily schedules with dispatch and ensuring all delays or changes are communicated professionallyManaging accurate and detailed electronic work orders and documentation using a company-issued iPadAnswering customer questions, identifying additional service needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experienceParticipating in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service needsMaintaining your company vehicle, tools, and inventory to the highest standardsAttending ongoing technical training to stay up to date with industry advancementsReporting safety concerns and identifying potential new business opportunitiesSupporting your team and contributing to a culture of service, excellence, and safety What Makes Nextech Different?We know great technicians don’t settle for average — and neither do we.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentIndustry certifications (a plus)Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage your day effectivelyComfortable working overtime and participating in on-call rotationsStrong communication and organizational skillsPositive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to craftsmanshipAbility to handle physical demands and field conditions Physical RequirementsThis role is active and physically demanding.
