DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure all invoices are accurate and released on time according to SOPsManage and complete customer specific invoice requestsUtilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to work with customer account teams and customers to resolve invoicing issues and questionsAssist accounts receivable, account team, and collections team on matters of delinquent accountsContribute ideas for invoicing process improvementMaintain professional relationships with their customers’ Accounts Payable teams to ensure our invoicing practices are aligned and currentOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of customer service experience

Preferred:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of ProgramsPrevious experience with the Navisphere systemStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills with an ability to deal with conflict/sensitive topicsStrong interpersonal skillsCritical thinking skills and the ability to use own judgement and make decisionsSelf-motivated and the ability to work independentlyEffective in multitasking and prioritizing their skills and timeAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

$ 19,95 - $ 31,59
