We are looking for a Commercial Investment & Operational Support Supervisor to lead commercial budgeting, financial analysis, and operational excellence across our Commercial Operations functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Act as main coordinator for the Commercial Operations budget: consolidate submissions, analyze spend, and deliver timely reports (OB, RF, LRP).Provide deep‑dive budget analyses, challenge assumptions, and recommend optimization opportunities.Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly/annual budget reports and identify risks or variances.Improve reporting tools, analysis methods, and ways of working to support evolving business needs.Lead and develop the sales support operational team, to ensure long‑term partnerships and commercial agreements in the Traditional Trade (GT) channel.

 

Qualifications

University degree (Business, Economics, Finance, or similar).Solid experience in data analysis, trend forecasting, and working with complex datasets.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.Project management capabilities.Full professional proficiency in English and Romanian  (written and spoken)Experience working cross‑functionally and managing diverse stakeholders; leadership experience is an advantage.
