Join Our Commercial Insurance Team at Marsh in Witham!
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead and develop our client advisory team, driving growth and operational excellence in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
We will count on you to:
Provide day-to-day oversight and management of a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and support team members through regular performance reviews, development plans, and real-time technical and soft skills support.
Analyze business MI to identify trends, opportunities, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
Support the team’s sales activities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to new business growth.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies, foster a positive team culture, and achieve strategic goals.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in account handling with small to medium UK commercial accounts.
Strong leadership skills with previous people management or supervisory experience.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexibly, remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for developing colleagues’ skills and success.

Cert CII qualification or working towards ACII is desirable but not required.
