**About the Role:**
As a Mobile Maintenance & HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HVAC and general maintenance services across approximately 15 client sites within the greater Salt Lake City area. This role requires a skilled and reliable technician to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems, equipment, and grounds. You will be a key member of the team, ensuring a comfortable and functional environment for our client's operations. This is a Monday-Friday position working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. A company-issued van, tools, iPad, and iPhone will be provided.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities. This includes HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks.
+ Provide HVAC maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component replacement. Chiller maintenance experience is preferred.
+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs, managing and tracking completion.
+ Support energy management initiatives by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
+ Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
+ Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information with clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Respond to common inquiries or complaints.
+ Apply established procedures to solve straightforward maintenance issues, working under guidance and supervision.
+ Contribute to clearly defined tasks and processes, delivering output within established guidelines.
+ Deliver your individual contributions by following defined procedures and processes.
+ Travel to multiple sites within the greater Salt Lake City area.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ **EPA Universal Certification is required.**
+ Valid Driver’s License required.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Excellent communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
