In this role you ensure that operational customer plans that are shared with the factories are as accurate as possible while maximising growth and minimising sell-out and out-of-stock situations.

You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers and demand planning to accurately reflect plans in our forecast to deliver our annual target.

How you will contribute

You will:

Lead our volume and revenue forecasting process from a commercial/customer perspective, providing drivers to senior management on performance vs our budget. This includes attending customer forecast meetings to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks vs the planAttend/lead forecast meetings with the various functions incl. Sales and Demand PlanningWork with customer teams to track progress towards volume and revenue KPIs including volume trackingManage customer allocations in case of supply shortagesTrack and plan to minimise sell-outs in cooperation with Demand Planning and Key Account Managers

What you will bring:

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, a masters degree would be an advantageStrong analytical skills – could be from Finance or other analytical fieldCommercial understanding from some previous experience, for instance within FMCG or similarA growth mindset! An ability to see opportunities instead of limitations and think out of the box – a can-do attitudeAbility to reduce complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach – key in a large, international organisationAbility to synthesize multiple data points into a holistic position – important in e.g. forecastingKnowledge about the local market is an advantageA positive mindset and extroversion will be beneficial in managing internal and external stakeholders, incl. customersFluent in English and Danish, written and spoken
