Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Fleet Manager to lead our commercial sales efforts. If you have a strong book of fleet business, know how to speak confidently to the Ford Fleet brand, and thrive on building long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and commercial clients.
+ Represent the Ford Fleet brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
+ Prospect new fleet opportunities and manage existing accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention.
+ Oversee the delivery process to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
+ Present purchase terms clearly and help clients select vehicles that meet their operational needs.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our performance dashboard.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Proven experience in fleet/commercial vehicle sales or business development.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
+ Strong time management and organizational abilities.
+ Solid understanding of Ford’s fleet offerings and commercial vehicle solutions.
+ Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage CRM tools.
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
+ Ability to drive various vehicle types, including manual and automatic transmissions.
