Abbott is looking for a **Commercial Finance Business Partner for Nutrition business** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with assigned commercial teams to drive strategic decision-making, manage budgets, and support sustainable business growth. **🔍 What You’ll Do:** + Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to provide financial insights and support across A&P proposals, promotional campaigns, and business reviews + Control and analyze A&P budgets, track actual vs. forecast, and proactively manage risks + Conduct business analysis and reporting to support local and regional stakeholders + Prepare brand and SKU P&Ls, NPI business cases, and post-activity evaluations + Consolidate and review A&P forecasts, monitor KPIs, and manage accrual processes + Support ad hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by Finance leadership **✅ What We’re Looking For:** + **3–5 years** of experience in finance partner, financial analysis or a similar role + Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Finance, Accounting, or Economics** + Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills + Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes + Proficiency in **MS Excel, PowerPoint** , and basic knowledge of **Power Query/Power BI** + Fluent in English **🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit:** + Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for high performance + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills + Able to work under pressure and deliver accurate, timely results + A fast learner with a can-do attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
