What You'll Do
The Warsaw Finance Team is dedicated to supporting Regional Leadership and the Central Europe systems on finance topics, including Analytics, Commercial Finance, Finance Planning, Finance Operations, and Future Finance. The Central Europe region comprises multiple business units organized into geographic systems.
This position is built around teamwork and meeting customers' needs. The CE Commercial Finance Senior Analyst is teaming with local Finance teams, other regional functions and relevant global functions.
The work is fast-paced, technically challenging, and highly visible. The team is distributed across different countries and time zones, requiring the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
Commercial Finance activities:
Provide pricing support and analytics, including maintenance of the ClientView databaseMonitor and support the Senior Advisor ProgramManage revenue, including tracking of VBP, WIP/AR, and case profitabilityOversee risk management activities, including WIP tracking, investment setup, and monitoringSupport revenue forecasting through the implementation of new tools and dashboardsConduct ongoing analytical workAnalyze and benchmark CE and system-specific KPIs, with a focus on pricing metrics and profitabilityProvide data insights and tools to Commercial Directors in Central EuropeDeliver data and analyses to the EMESA Investment Desk, offering decision support for investment prioritizationPerform ad hoc requests and participate in regional and global projectsSupport innovations by assisting CE systems in preparing pricing strategies and related analysesDevelop new regional analytical tools for pricing, investment, and forecasting purposesContribute to enhancements of costing tools embedded in ClientViewWhat You'll Bring
Strong academic background, with a minimum of a university degree or equivalent qualificationAdvanced computer literacy, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; demonstrated expertise in slide writing and storylining3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a professional services environmentMature and collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective partnerships across geographies, seniority levels, and internal functionsProven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and a focus on effective resolutionResults-oriented and self-motivated, capable of working independently and driving initiatives without direct authorityPreferred: Understanding of BCG’s business, organizational structure, and operating models at both local and global levels, along with existing relationships within the BCG Finance network in EMESAExperience with BCG financial systems is an advantageStrong skills in financial analysis, pricing, and reportingSolid experience with advanced analytical tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, or similar) is required

This role is a fixed-term contract for approx. 1,5 years with a possible option to extend. Other EMESA locations may be considered, subject to hosting approval.
