Commercial Finance Partner
Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Commercial Finance Partner to join our team in Woodridge, IL. The Commercial Finance Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Sales and Marketing teams, driving profitable growth through financial leadership and collaboration. This role is responsible for revenue planning, product optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance assessment. The position requires close partnership with commercial teams to develop and execute revenue strategies, ensuring compliance and optimizing profitability. The expected annual salary range for this role is $94,000 - $138,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** + Lead profitability management initiatives, analyzing revenue streams to identify optimization opportunities. + Influence cross-functional teams using data-driven insights. + Drive product optimization through financial analysis and market research. + Evaluate sales incentive programs for effectiveness and performance. + Advise on pricing strategies, considering market trends, cost structures, and competitive dynamics. + Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous review and analysis. + Manage the collection and distribution of key financial metrics to stakeholders. + Assess the financial impact of deals and contracts, providing recommendations for optimal outcomes. **Basic (Required) Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. + Minimum five (5) years’ experience in finance or business. + No relocation is being offered for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL will be considered.
