We’re seeking an experienced and growth-oriented Commercial Finance Manager to oversee and manage our commercial finance function. The Commercial Finance Manager is a key role and will serve as a business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights, commercial guidance, and performance analysis to drive profitability, scalability, and operational excellence. This individual must have strong business acumen along with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional leaders across the organization. To be successful, the Commercial Finance Manager must be hands-on, with a willingness to learn the business and apply that knowledge to create value to stakeholders through financial insight to support strategic decision making, profit optimization, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and have advanced Excel and Presentation skills. We are looking for a self-starter and fast learner. You must be very organized and love teamwork to fit well into our corporate culture. With a can-do attitude, you will learn about procurement and can expect your voice to be heard and will be expected to participate in many strategic initiatives for the company. What can you expect to do? + Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the procurement services division. + Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, margin analysis, and scenario planning. + Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. + Provide financial input on pricing strategies, service level agreements (SLAs), and cost-to-serve models. + Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, margin analysis, and scenario planning. + Oversee overall financial management, planning, and systems for the organization. + Create, Manage, Analyze, and present financial and managerial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; and oversee all financial processes. + Responsibility over the process for forecasting revenue, headcount, and profitability + Manage client billing strategy, pricing/rates, expense and profitability forecasts + Support a monthly 4-day close process on-time where needed. + Work to improve internal and managerial reporting processes + Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the management team. + Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process. + Aide in the transition of financial system to corporate systems as applicable. + Develop and monitor business performance metrics. + Support the hiring, training and retaining of skilled finance staff. + Become proficient in understanding Finance processes and systems in order to troubleshoot issues, operate as a backup resource, and suggest process enhancements. What is the experience needed to be successful in this role? + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or statistics is required. Prefer a MBA or a relevant Masters degree. + A minimum of 5 years in a finance role managing major finance processes. Should have hands on experience in day-to-day financial functions. + Preference given to Professional Services industry experience involving managing financial obligations across customers/clients, and projects. + Strong Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization strategies. + Business case development and ROI analysis experience. + Experience with ERP systems; strong preference for SAP. + Self-starter: can be given and task or direction and will go learn and figure out the solution with minimal oversight. + Hands-on user of IT and accounting systems. Not afraid to dig-in and learn new systems you might not be familiar with. + Well skilled advanced MS. Excel user fluent in working with advanced functions (e.g. IF/Then, lookups, etc), Power Query, pivot tables. + Willing to work across multiple US time-zones and be flexible with the work schedule based on month-end and other team and business needs. + Ability to adapt to a growing company with evolving needs and someone who embraces change. + Desire to think outside the box and have a knack for driving efficiency. + Strong numerical proficiency, organization, good problem-solving skills, and excellent use of logic. + Empathy for our team + Excellent communication and presentation abilities. + Excellent relationship-building skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent time management skills. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software The pay range for this role is $98,200 - $176,800. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: September 29, 2025. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
