Your Mission:
In this critical role, you will be instrumental in supporting our commercial teams, ensuring financial targets are met, and providing invaluable insights to drive business performance. You will be at the heart of our operations, translating financial data into actionable strategies.
What You'll Do:
Financial Stewardship & Governance: Drive the implementation and adoption of our CUDR process, managing the accurate delivery of financial targets within our systems, ensuring strict adherence to local ways of working.Performance Analysis: Deliver comprehensive variance analysis (Volume, Mix, Price) across brands and customers in both CZ and SK, providing critical insights to inform decision-making.Revenue Optimization: Monitor and proactively drive Net Revenue delivery against targets, promptly identifying and communicating any deviations or opportunities.Pricing & Profitability: Oversee customer headline pricing and analysis, ensuring strict adherence to guidelines and optimizing profitability.Financial Control & Oversight: Provide robust oversight and control of Gross-to-Net (G2N), trade margins, trade stocks, and sales analysis, escalating critical issues as needed to protect financial health.Supply Chain Finance: Lead the control and optimization of the Idea-to-Market (I2M) process for co-packing initiatives within CZSK, ensuring financial viability and efficiency.G2N Management: Manage all G2N components, including trade bookings, accruals, aging discounts, and promotions, alongside in-depth customer mix analysis.Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted business steward, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Planning, Demand, and Commercial Planning & Activation teams to drive integrated financial planning and execution.Functional Leadership: Serve as a functional leader, providing guidance and support to the CZSK commercial team and ensuring the seamless operation of all commercial finance activities.What You'll Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in Commercial Finance roles, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for accuracy and reliability.Communication & Influence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly and influencing stakeholders at all levels.System Savvy: Advanced proficiency in financial systems, including SAP and Excel (e.g., advanced pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).Process & Project Management: Demonstrated project and process management capabilities, with a focus on standardization and efficiency.Language Skills: Fluency in English and either Czech or Slovak is essential.We believe that diversity is the foundation of great results, just like with our cookies.
