Commercial Finance BP Andean

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Finance team is seeking a Commercial Finance BP Andean in Santiago. This role will support the FP&A  Andean Commercial Unit team in month-end, reporting & any other controlling related activity.

Accountabilities 

Support in the construction of the budget & regular forecastingParticipate in developing new business cases and ad hoc projectsWork in remote coordination with AFO areas based on Uruguay (OTC, A2R and P2P among others).Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.Ensure compliance key controls and audit requirements.Support Commercial and Marketing areas as Finance Business Partnering.Ensure and control Month End, Year End and other Annual Processes related to P&L and other commercial results.Participate in key monthly meetings with business and regional peers.

Qualifications

Required

Degree in Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business AdministrationAdvanced English, reading, writing and speaking.Previous Experience in Finance Areas (Controlling, Business Finance, FP&A) (3 years).Scenario planning and insight generation focus.Excellent intercommunication skills, results oriented, ability to work with deadlines and time pressureKnowledge of excel, presentation software, and database management.Tech awareness and constant appetite for transforming current processes or implementing new processes, always seeking efficiency improvements.Pro-active approach, Taking ownership and independent working, stake holder management.

Desired:

Knowledge of SAP.
