Commercial Executive
**Overview** The Commercial Executive drives Microsoft’s revenue growth by leading complex commercial engagements with customers and partners. This role acts as a trusted advisor, shaping commercial strategies, structuring deals, and ensuring compliance while delivering value-based solutions tailored to customer needs. **Responsibilities** + Leads collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets. + Plans and executes strategies tailored to customer needs, optimizing proposals. + Proposes changes to contracts and licensing to maximize customer value. + Actively shares knowledge and supports onboarding within the team. + Builds strong relationships with customers and partners, contributing to Microsoft’s growth. + Conducts market and competitor analysis to adjust pricing and commercial strategies. + Independently manages contract negotiations, legal amendments, and risk assessment. + Utilizes AI and data analysis to identify upsell and new business opportunities. + Ensures strict compliance and coaches the team on regulatory adherence. + Partners with leaders for complex negotiations, building optimal contract structures. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field AND 5+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience OR 7+ years sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent experience. + Language: Japanese (native), English (conversational) This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
