What you’ll do:
Understand and manage customer agreements to ensure accurate invoicing. Prepare reconciliation statements and follow up with clients to secure timely payments. Handle customer queries and resolve disputes professionally. Maintain contract and billing details in the system for accuracy and transparency. Collaborate closely with international colleagues to keep all stakeholders updated. What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding. Strong Excel and MS Office skills. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills in English. A team player with problem-solving ability and confidence to interact with senior stakeholders. Why apply?
