About the RoleIron Mountain India is on an accelerated growth path. As a member of the Commercial Excellence Strategy team, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth agenda and achieving its strategic goals.
We are seeking a high-potential strategy professional who can partner closely with the Strategy Lead and India business leaders to shape and execute our multi-year growth journey. This role involves formulating strategic initiatives and ensuring their effective execution to accelerate revenue and margin growth, while enhancing sales productivity and the seller experience. It is a pivotal role supporting the India business across all BUs.
What You’ll DoPartner with the Strategy Lead to define strategic initiatives to achieve India’s multi-year plan (MYP) objectives. This will include both long-term strategic programs and quarterly/half-yearly plans to meet bookings targets.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive dynamics, and develop effective strategies.
Generate intelligence and insights on customer buying trends and preferences to inform product and GTM design for India.
Develop robust business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps.
Translate strategic requirements into operational frameworks for execution by business and functional teams.
Track progress on key programs, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with global Commercial Excellence and India Commercial stakeholders to drive implementation of transformational programs.
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities.
What Excites Us3–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, or in a strategy role within a high-growth organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to translate strategy into execution in a scaling environment
Experience in market assessment, opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, sales coverage design, and operational reporting
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
Intellectual curiosity with the ability to think strategically and tactically, with keen attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to lead by influence, cross-functionally and cross-culturally, within a matrixed organization
