Key Accountabilities:

Sales force deployment and monitoring

Design a sales force deployment model that complies with SFE guidelines, and optimizes investment of resources according to business potential and ROIEstablish SFE monitoring systems correlating potential for business, investment of activities & results achievedReview SFE KPI metrics to ensure compliance with SFE guidelines and consult with Country Manager on remedial action requiredIn consultation with the Head of Sales, Country Manager, and BHR to design the sales force incentive scheme that maximizes recognition of high performance and that ensures compliance with the Code of ConductDevelop market access strategy for major products in targeted accounts

Call Management Strategy

Ensure a national customer database is in place profiling customers against potential for businessManage an accurate, transparent detailing activity tracking mechanism that ensures high-quality calls are delivered to the right customersCreate meaningful insights into sales force inputs (e.g. calls per day) and outputs (e.g. sales per rep), communicate to organization. Translate these insights into strategic direction for the companyEnsure availability of meaningful and accurate sales force metrics (e.g. SFE “dashboards”) for management information

Market Research into Insights

Lead market research team in conducting primary and secondary market research that provides meaningful insights for the commercial teams to utilize in crafting their brand strategiesIn particular, continuous secondary data such as IPMG, IMS data will be utilized, as well as important primary market research that enables the commercial teams to dig deeper into the disease and customer understanding.  These insights will become the foundation of the annual brand strategy that the brand managers create.

Requirements

Strong command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Indonesia.Outstanding analytical rigor and strategic thinker, i.e. can quickly analyze a situation based on facts and can offer director-level strategic direction Relentless drive to pursue excellence in sales, leading to continues ideas and continues challenging of the status quo.  Such candidates have a successful track record of creating and leading projects that have significant impact across the organizationFact-based, logical thinker who can derive meaningful data from the most unlikely situations/environmentTrack record of producing results, in sales functions (e.g. sales rep) and in a sales leadership role (e.g. head of sales/national sales manager)Strong leadership skills that can drive change across the organization.  Demonstrated success in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
