Reporting to the General Manager, ANZ, the main function of the role is to drive the Commercial Excellence processes across channel (Ethical , Retail, NZ, 3P (Contract sales force) and Export) and supporting systems to optimise sales force efficiency and effectiveness activities across brands to achieve current and future ANI ANZ business goals.

A Tertiary degree in Business or related fieldQualifications in the areas of Healthcare or Science – highly desirableKnows ANZ Route to market for Ethical and Retail channelExpertise in Excel , Word document , Presentations and analytical toolsExperience Required:
A background in FMCG, healthcare or a life science discipline within a sales role will be advantageousExtensive experience in a sales leadership focusing on field force effectiveness in a global organisation. Experience in coaching and developing successful teamExperience as SFE , Commercial Excellence lead, analytics, SFE (Pharma/Nutrition) – desirableStrong numerical and analytical skillsProven establishment & execution of a sophisticated, value-adding sales operations function in a small-medium businessA proven track record of being a results-driven leader, with a knack for complex & creative problem solvingThe ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align in a strategic direction.Influencing SkillsCommunication skills
