Description
As a Commercial Excellence Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will drive operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness across Taiwan. This role focuses on channel management, sales force effectiveness, data intelligence, and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and enabling data-driven decisions. You will partner with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain channel operation SOPs and standardized distributor agreementsImplement performance tracking tools and reporting frameworksDrive annual deployment plans and monthly performance reviews for dealersSupport sales force effectiveness initiatives, including account planning, funnel health reviews, and win-rate analysisManage data intelligence projects, including dashboard refreshes, pipeline updates, and reporting enhancementsCollaborate on strategic projects such as process improvement and training programsEnsure compliance with governance standards and continuous improvement across commercial processesRequirements
Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related functionsStrong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and BI tools (Power BI, Excel)Solid analytical and financial skills with experience in quota management, territory alignment, and sales planningProven ability to implement process improvements and operational excellence initiativesExcellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working in a matrix organization and translating data into actionable insights
