We are looking for Commercial Excellence Manager. You will become a vital contributor to the sustainable growth of PPG's Automotive Refinish business and team.
The position is located in Salzburg/Austria, directly reporting to Senior Commercial Excellence Manager.
Please note that this position is a fixed term position for 2 years (maternity leave cover).
Local presence and language are important to fulfil the primary responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Change champion to improve sales excellence principles into all Salesforce teams within the region and develop leading and influential relationships with other departments.
Guide implementation of Sales Enablement tools & processes (e.g. CRM, templates)
Contribute to the definition, support development of standardized processes to allow commercial teams to build growth strategies.
Help deploy pipeline governance process including operating cadence and KPIs to help sales team to prioritize and convert prospects and growth opportunities.
Improve accountability of commercial teams towards Account Management.
Support the development of the commercial organization following the selling machine strategic plans.
Support Bonus & Incentive management – work with country teams on implementation & tracking.
Train sales teams on new processes and new tools, share best practices and capture feedback to improve user experience
Contribute to project teams to lead process standardization, compliance, and successful implementation.
Single point of contact representing global Commercial Excellence within based region or zone
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience
Three or more years of experience in Sales processes and CRM management
Continuous Improvement mindset
Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands
Effective stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally to positively influence other
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English and German
