**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a **Commercial Effectiveness Manager** to join our team in Greece. The role will ensure **brilliant execution** of our commercial plans, enhance **performance management** , and lead **transformation initiatives** to accelerate growth and efficiency across the business.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of commercial strategy, execution, and change management — ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, commercial savvyness, and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional projects.
This role will be part of the Greek Commercial Leadership team and work in close collaboration with all Commercial leads, global D&T and distribution partners to ensure all needed alignments for an effective and efficient implementation of our key priorities across Performance Management, SIP and more.
**KEY Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**
• **Commercial Governance:** Own and lead the commercial governance process, ensuring consistency, alignment, and effectiveness across the market.
• **Performance & critical metrics:** Support the definition and cascade of commercial targets and Field Sales critical metrics to managers and sales reps.
• **Incentives & Rewards:** Review and approve changes to the Sales Incentive Program (SIP), manage target updates, and facilitate SIP calculations.
• **Systems & Tools:** Ensure commercial systems, tools, and apps are fully deployed, functional, and optimized across the market.
• **Tracking & Reporting:** Provide performance management trackers with the right frequency, depth, and breakdowns for actionable insights.
**• Data Capabilities** **:** Lead commercial data capabilities, covering market share, sell-through, and stock management.
• **Territory & Customer Data:** Own commercial territories, routing journeys, customer hierarchies, segmentation, and outlet universe databases.
• **Transformation:** Drive and lead commercial transformation projects, influencing cross-functional interested parties and embedding change successfully.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ 6–8 years of commercial, sales operations, or business transformation experience (ideally in FMCG or related industries).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple partners.
+ Experience with commercial systems, tools, and performance tracking solutions.
+ Strong project management and change management skills.
+ Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, or related field.
+ Team leadership experience.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills in both Greek and English.
