Commercial Development Manager
**SNAPSHOT** Location: Jamaica Company: Nestlé - Jamaica Full-time **POSITION SUMMARY** The CDM (Commercial Development Manager) drives the development of omni-channel category strategies that deliver customer growth, ensures Shopper & Customer relevancy of all major innovations and renovations as part of I2L ways-of-working. The CDM is the owner of the assigned Category's ICP (Integrated commercial planning) in the Company, driving the on-going alignment of executable brand, customer, channel & field sales plans that deliver on annual business targets. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + Ensure alignment of internal and external stakeholders with the category vision and initiatives. + Drive efficiency and continuous improvement by proposing strategies and activities for channels, customers, and ADC countries. + Proactively seek new business opportunities and understand emerging trends, as well as benchmark competition in new channels/formats. + Contribute to business development by providing accurate solutions and recommending successful commercial propositions. + Develop shopper-facing initiatives to attract and convert more consumers to the category. + Ensure desired behaviour changes are delivered through insight-led design and targeted communication. + Monitor and track the performance of categories in sales channels to support achieving sales targets through action planning. + Lead the forecasting of appropriate volumes for the market and category three months in advance. + Provide operational input for demand planning and ensure the correct inventory for customers. + Guide the allocation of commercial investments and contribute to brand pricing and promotion strategies. + Develop clear promotional guidelines and optimize promotion plans to improve return on investment (ROI). + Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements. + Adhere to Nestlé's corporate policies and the WHO Code, especially regarding infant nutrition. **WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL** + First Degree: Bsc. in Social Sciences and Master's: in Management Studies would be asset + Minimum 5+ years experience in sales/marketing If you fit this profile and would like to join our team, kindly submit you application by **Friday 01st August 2025** **_Please note that we will only acknowledge those persons who meet the above mentioned criteria._** We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
