What You’ll Do

 

Drive commercial program deployment across Indirect Retail channels by coordinating timelines, ensuring materials are ready, and supporting smooth execution of campaigns.Contribute to OPEN digital platform experience by planning and publishing localized content, managing community interactions, and ensuring every piece resonates with Finnish customers.Customize and maintain trade education materials and presentations for customer meetings, trade events, and digital platforms – making complex information clear and compelling.Keep our commercial engine running by helping to prepare reports and validate data to guide decisions on campaigns, budgets, and customer engagement.Be the connector across teams – collaborate daily with Digital Trade Engagement, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Planning teams to coordinate campaigns, adjust content, and make sure customers see one clear, consistent message.

 

Please note that this is a fixed term contract until 28 of February 2027.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in trade marketing, digital/social media marketing, or commercial roles (FMCG experience is a plus).Experience in digital/social media marketing and content creation is vital – bonus points for UX and community management skills.Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Commercial mindset, digital curiosity, and customer-centric thinking.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
