Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager for WHO-WHAT-HOW integrated eMedia operation to drive our business model and develop insights specifically for the JD/TMALL platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing media effectiveness to total biz and improving ROI for our business units. The ideal candidate will leverage consumer and media-related data to create effective strategies that align with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1.\tData Analysis and Strategic Insight Delivery:

Collect and analyze market data, particularly from JD/TMALL platforms, utilizing various E-commerce operation/E-media metrics to guide strategic decisions in:Category managementShopper segmentation and user operationsEnhancement of eMedia and econtent initiatives to drive total biz growth

2.\tUser Marketing Strategy Development:

Leverage data and marketing tools to attract new traffic, improve penetration among target audiences, and optimize the effectiveness of E-commerce media and cross e-com touchpointsCreate detailed proposals and execution plans for WHO-WHAT-HOW integrated emedia operation.

3.\tLeadership in Private Domain Marketing:

Spearhead initiatives focused on private domain marketing to increase Target Audience Lifetime Value and maximize membership benefits.

4.\tCross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various business units to generate insights that enhance media efficiency and improve ROI, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.


Qualifications:

1-5 years of working experience in the E-commerce industry, with a strong focus on E-media, E-store operations, Media Product Management being highly advantageous.Proven expertise with JD/TMALL platforms and a deep understanding of media and Ecommerce dynamics.Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.Resilient, practical, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication and engagement skills.Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English writing and Speaking.
