The Commercial Controller - Aftermarket will replace a current, proven expert in the company who is going to retire soon. Such a candidate must be an expert ideally in automotive aftermarket, self-assured and able to cooperate with the sales teams, in the sense of supporting and also challenging the related decision makers in their effort of continuous improvement commercial strategies.
SAP proven experience could be a plus.
The role has to ensure robust financial planning, analysis, and governance across the IAM division, supporting margin protection and commercial strategy execution. Core responsibilities include: Profitability analysis by customer and brand Rebate accrual and payment analysis Monthly margin tracking and closing procedures Price simulations and forecasting Budget and forecast coordination for SG&A spend Ownership of the Group Profit Cube tool Supporting business case reviews and investment appraisals for tendersThe role requires strong influencing skills and the confidence to challenge sales and operational teams where needed.

Financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent) Fluent English and experience working cross-functionally in international settings
Proven experience in:
Manufacturing/Industrial finance Controlling/accounting Data analysis and forecasting techniques Strong command of margin analysis, pricing simulations, and financial planning tools Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders Strong Excel and analytical skills; comfort with financial systems (e.g., ERP tools) Used with price analysis, modelling, cost methods and to be able to effectively “sell” the ideas to the sales teams.Full JD
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and manage Customer Rebate accruals and payments Take full ownership of the Profit Cube (Group Profit Analysis tool) Perform monthly profitability reporting Track and understand material/factory margin during month-end closing Simulate pricing scenarios and support commercial tender processes Evaluate and challenge SG&A spending across the group Coordinate budget and forecast submissions Conduct Customer and Brand Profitability analysis to spot improvement areas Act as a financial partner to the IAM team and provide guidance in business planning
