Job Title:                                            Commercial Contract Executive Contract:                                            Fixed Term – Maternity Cover Department:                                       Healthcare Group                                          Location:                                            Gillingham, Kent  Overview:We’re looking for a Commercial Contract Executive to join our Healthcare team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contracts, tenders, and account process management—with the potential to become permanent if successful. What you’ll be doing Supporting the management of healthcare contracts with accurate records, updates, and smooth processes. Assisting with contract queries from customers, priority accounts, suppliers, and internal teams. Providing admin support for pricing, discounts, rebates, chargebacks, tenders, and catalogues. Helping prepare reports on contract performance, budgets, forecasts, and financial updates. Supporting framework and key partner agreements with data collation and process updates. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and escalating where needed. What we’re looking for 1–2 years’ experience in an admin or business support role (contracts, pricing, or data experience a plus). Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail. Confident with Excel and working with data. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. A collaborative team player who can also prioritise tasks independently. Why join us? This is a great next step if you’re looking to develop your career in contracts, commercial, or account management.
