Job Description: This is a hybrid position, this person must reside in the Columbus, OH area to go to job sites as needed. ResponsibilitiesRenovations and TI projects for commercial, manufacturing/industrial clientsThis person will estimate drywall, ceilings, finishes, and related scopesWrite proposalsLeverage project data to forecast labor and productivityEssential SkillsAt least 3 years of direct commercial construction experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing project data.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with takeoff processes in construction estimating.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
