You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checksContribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

What you need to know about this position:

Leading the month-end closing processCollaborate with the CU finance leader throughout all phases of forecasting and budgeting, including all outlooks for related categories, and take responsibility for the technical submissions in all relevant systemsAnalyze the variance between actual results and forecasts, elucidating the underlying reasons by utilizing EVA logicEvaluate various pricing scenarios and assess their impact on overall profitability and growthExamine IBP cycle data, noting changes compared to the previous cycle and forecasts; calculate the bottom line for risks and opportunities presented to ADRParticipate in project teams, new product launches, and other cross-functional project teams, offering support in project evaluation and expert advice (e.g., establishing a financial model, gathering input, making estimates, and commenting on the primary KPIs of the project)Monitor A&C expenditures, ensuring that all spending aligns with commercial plans and strategiesPrepare profitability reports by SKU and channel to aid in decision-makingAssist the CU finance leader in identifying potential risks and raising alerts in a timely manner if necessaryProvide all finance-related data for ad-hoc analyses

Education / Certifications:

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Economics from a reputable university,

Job specific requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in financial planning or reporting functionExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of SAP and Oracle HyperionGood command of MS Office applications,
