Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Contribute to the development of global category strategies for responsible categories, and define sub-category strategies aligned with Bosch internal and external requirements.
Drive supplier management and strategy, including supplier development, consolidation, and long-term partnership planning.
Conduct cost analysis and management, including annual price negotiations with suppliers, market scouting, analysis, and benchmarking.
Oversee capacity management, contract management, and supply chain risk management to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to implement category and supplier strategies that meet business objectives and compliance standards.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education:
Master’s degree preferred; engineering background is an advantage. A degree from a renowned university is a plus.
Experience & Skills:
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and business interactions with international stakeholders.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in category management, cost optimization, and contract management is desirable.
Languages:
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Personality & Working Style:
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to navigate complex or challenging situations.
Team player with flexibility, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to make informed, data-driven decisions.
